Service Administrator (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Issuing PO
* Receiving & registering PO from customers
* Create Invoice & Faktur Pajak (tax)
* Receiving & registering Invoices of suppliers
* Shipment coordination with Singapore office & forwarder
* Monitoring of bank statement and matching the payment with our invoice
* Correspondence with Singapore office, supplier and forwarder for order and goods delivery
* Follow up sales collection via phone and communicate the progress with sales engineer
* Preparing monthly Sales Report
* Application and renewal of government license
* Administration of the annual leave for EOTC staff
* Administration of technician overtime
* Process the insurance and tax of service vehicle
* Filing of service report and other administration matters
* Air-ticket booking & any other duties as assign from time to time

Requirements:

* Min a Diploma in any discipline with at least one year working experience
* Those with shipping, import & export experience will have added advantage
* Good working attitude
* Honest & willing to work hard
* Self motivated
* Good time management, interpersonal and people management skills
* Excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken)
* Excellent MS Words & Excel
* Meticulous and organised at work
* Able to start work immediately or in short notice
