Musim Mas, One of Indonesia’s most dynamic groups with a diversified portfolio of product and assets. Its activities are centered on its core business of palm cultivation and palm oil processing. It is a market leader in the manufacturing of palm oil, soap, margarine and owns ships tankers, a grain terminal and bulk tank terminal. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

* Managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures
* Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
* Assisting in establishing a requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
* Performing risk and value management and cost control
* Advising on procurement strategy
* Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
* Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
* Allocating work to subcontractors
* Providing advice on contractual claims

Qualifications:

* Male, Maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor degree of architectural or civil engineering
* Minimum 3 years experiences as quantity surveyor
* Good computer literate and its related software
* Willing to work in medan, North Sumatera
