Specific Requirements :
# Male, with age range between 40-45 years old
# Education : S1 / D3 graduates majoring accountant with min GPA 3.00
# Has some experience in finance audit and operational
# Able to give an solution to the all of offices unit about implementation and troubleshooting Internal Control
# Experienced Audit department in charge
# Good analytic skill and honest
# For the people who has salary under 17 million rupiahs is not highly recomended

COMPANY SECRETARY (KODE: SC)-Jakarta
Specific Requirements
# Female, with age range between 25 – 35 years old
# Education : S1 graduates majoring law with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university
# Preferably for the people who has follow Company Secretary Course
# Experience working in the office of Notary or experience working as Company Secretary, a minimum of 2 years
# Understanding about
# Mastering the rules of Company Law in Indonesia
# Able to hold Annual General Meeting (AGM), BOD, BOC following the data, making the news show and register it to the Notary
# Have good analytical skills related to employment contracts or legal # Preparing documents labor agreements (employment contracts), company resolution or other legal documents and documenter
